Terms and Conditions

Lay-By

  1.       The seller is Smokemart & GiftBox (ABN 75 492 874 033)

  2.       All goods remain the property of Smokemart & GiftBox until the Lay-by is finalised.

  3.       The minimum lay-by deposit payment is 20%. This date is deemed as the deposit date. 

  4.       Lay-by payments are to be made at least every 14 days throughout the term of the lay-by period.

  5.       The lay-by must be finalized within 8 weeks of the deposit date.

  6.       Smokemart & GiftBox may cancel the lay-by if not finalized within the specified period  noted in item 5.

  7.       No part of the lay-by goods can be separated and collected by the customer until the final payment has been made in full.

  8.       Any change of customer address or contact details must be notified to the store where the lay-by originated.

  9.       If you request the cancellation of the lay-by within the 8 week lay-by period, your payments will be refunded but your deposit will be forfeited.

 10.      If a lay-by is not finalized within 8 weeks of the deposit date, all payments including deposit are forfeited.

 11.      All details of the lay-by docket form part of these lay-by conditions.

 12.      Both the customer and Smokemart & GiftBox shall have the benefit of any rights conferred and any warranties and conditions implied by law.
